Click On System - Click On Ceiling System

Our “Click On” ceiling system is manufacture for cost saving and less time to install compared to conventional furring channel. With “Click On” feature the ceiling system comprise only few components namely, Main runner and Secondary channel.

In addition, Secondary channel with wide width provides easy board joining and fixing. Lexington “Click on” ceiling system suitable for low level ceiling gap. With 4 points “Hook” sturdily hold secondary channel for ceiling board installation which tested by SIRIM – 1 kN load

Installation / Architectural Specifications
A “Metal suspension” ceiling system where the runners and channels form a grid system to support the ceiling board. This system provides a structurally sound, uniformly level framework for the hanging of ceiling boards.

Fixing of Runners and Channels
Main runners spacing at 1200mm on center with threaded rod attached to structure above. The spacing of the threaded rod should be 1200mm apart (max) along the main runner. And secondary channels (space 408mm on center) to the main runners.

Fixing of Ceiling Boards
The ceiling board is fixed with self-drilling screws at 600mm on center along each secondary channels. The screw heads should be finished 2mm into the face of ceiling board. A gap of 5mm is left between the boards. It is taped and flushed smooth with jointing compound.
